July Gala | Pingshan Women Entrepreneurs Association Visits CNK to Explore New Horizons of AI and New Issues of Employment

At the height of summer, everything thrives. On the afternoon of July 7, the Pingshan District Women Entrepreneurs Association held its July monthly meeting at Shenzhen CNK Electronics Co., Ltd. The event was hosted by Hong Fangqiong, the association's director and Vice Chairperson of CNK. A number of outstanding women entrepreneurs gathered together for a corporate visit, cutting-edge tech experiences, and professional learning, sharing insights and building connections.

Visiting CNK: A Glimpse into a "Little Giant" in Display Technology

The event began with a visit to CNK. As a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in specialized and sophisticated technologies, CNK has been dedicated to display devices and HMI human-machine interaction since its founding in 2010. Its products are widely used in medical, power, automotive, smart home, and other critical sectors. During the tour, members learned about CNK's journey from its Shenzhen start to establishing a production base in Fujian, and later earning recognition as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" and "National Green Factory." They were deeply impressed by the company's pragmatic spirit and innovative strength, guided by its philosophy of "leading with technology and quality."

AI Pet "KBAO" Steals the Show

A highlight of the event was the interactive experience with the AI pet "KBAO." As CNK's companion AI robot in the HMI sector, "KBAO" features high-precision display technology developed in-house, giving it a lively and responsive interactive experience. Members eagerly engaged with "KBAO," sparking lively discussions on how AI can empower industrial development and drive digital transformation. The session was filled with inspiration and productive exchanges.

Expert Sharing on Employment Compliance

During the event, the association arranged a session on the topic "Legal Risks of Unlawful Dismissal and Performance-Based Termination." The speaker provided practical insights into compliance and workforce management, offering valuable risk-prevention guidance to support the sustainable growth of member companies.

Host's Remarks: Uniting Women's Strength

As the rotating host for the month, Vice Chairperson Hong Fangqiong warmly welcomed all attendees on behalf of the rotating team. She noted that the Pingshan Women Entrepreneurs Association serves as a supportive platform where members grow together and empower one another.
