Colleagues gathered together, amidst thunderous applause and touching visuals, to review the journey of hard work, honor outstanding role models, and embark on a new journey in the Year of the Horse.

On December 31st, the 2025 Department Managers' Conference was held at Baijia Courtyard. Centering on the theme of "Summarize · Plan · Unite", the company's management and the heads of each center gathered together to discuss the development plans.

At the annual meeting, the highly anticipated annual commendation ceremony brought the event to a solemn and inspiring climax. Under the spotlight, the glory not only belonged to individuals but also shone upon every team member who had been striving tirelessly for the common goal.

The Outstanding Manager Award was presented to Wang Kai from the Information Department, Lin Chunhui from the R&D Department, Shi Caixia from the Order Management Department, Tu Dianbu from the Equipment Management Department, and Chen Fuliang from the Pre-Process Workshop. With their solid professional capabilities and excellent coordination skills, they have contributed to the efficient operation of the business in multiple dimensions, including system planning, project promotion, and operational support.

The Outstanding Director Award that followed was jointly awarded to Guo Shuai, the director of the Black and White R&D Center, and Chen Wenhui, the director of the Manufacturing Center. The stage of the party was ablaze with star power, and the performances were captivating. The Domestic Business Center's powerful chorus of "Heaven and Earth" resounded with the indomitable spirit of unity and teamwork. Then, Pan Xueling and Huang Debiao delivered a soulful duet of "Who Understands the Heart of a Drifter", weaving a touching tale of the delicate and sincere emotions on the path of striving within the melodious tune. The management team of the R&D Center followed with a collective recitation of "Qin Yuan Chun - Snow", using grandiose words and resounding voices to showcase the vision and broad-mindedness of the leaders in their pioneering endeavors. The three programs, each building upon the other, jointly painted a complete spiritual picture that spanned from the strength of the team to personal sentiments, and finally to the leadership's guiding role.

The classic and joy interwove, filling the stage with warmth. The subsequent performances showcased a diverse charm: Wang Lehui captivated the audience with his solo of "Farewell My Concubine", presenting the classic story with a powerful and moving performance that highlighted the stage tension and his personal charisma; Lan Qiao Ying and Zhong Jianbin brought a skit "You Have It, I Have It Too", using a light-hearted and humorous performance to reflect on workplace and life anecdotes, eliciting waves of laughter and resonance; Zhao Yanli's guitar and vocal performance of "Friend" made a warm appearance, with the gentle melody accompanied by the twinkling stars throughout the venue, deeply interpreting the warm companionship of walking side by side. The three programs, from classic art to life's humor, and then to sincere emotions, advanced layer by layer, jointly weaving a touching night of the gala filled with laughter and tears, affection and friendship.

From aspiration to tribute, painting a spectrum of striving

Chen Haitao sang "As Wished" with deep emotion, his warm and resolute voice expressing sincere expectations for a bright future. Immediately after, Guo Bei and three other colleagues delivered a recitation of "The Starry Sky of Heroes", praising with powerful voices the extraordinary dedication of ordinary positions. The former expressed wishes through song, lighting up the hope in their hearts; the latter declared their aspirations through poetry, paying tribute to the journey beneath their feet. The two performances complemented each other, jointly outlining the touching spiritual landscape of Xinkai people from "yearning for beauty" to "becoming the light".

Heart-to-Heart Interaction: Joyful Competition, Team Integration

The warm atmosphere of the annual meeting reached another peak during the carefully designed interactive game sessions. The two games, "Huddle for Warmth" and "Cup Flipping Relay", not only tested the agility and wisdom of individuals but also served as a vivid testing ground for team rapport and collaborative spirit, turning the venue into a sea of joy and excitement. Employees worked in harmony and competed with laughter, further enhancing team cohesion. The atmosphere was lively and harmonious. These two rounds of fun competitions enabled colleagues from different departments to quickly break the ice and work closely together under a common goal. At this moment, victory or defeat was no longer important. The team warmth and cohesion flowing in the laughter and joy became the most precious prize for all participants.
