2.2-inch Color Active Matrix OLED Module The 2.2-inch OLED is a color active-matrix OLED module that employs low-temperature polysilicon thin-film transistors (LTPS TFTs) as active switching devices. It consists of a rigid LTPS OLED panel, a driver IC (RM69330), and a flexible printed circuit (FPC). Graphics and text can be displayed on the 480x480 dot-matrix panel through communication via the MIPI interface.
